Intentionally small.

This is the only time this version of The Aperture Society will exist.

Spots are limited.

// How

the day will

unfold

From 9h30 am until 6:00 pm.

The day will begin slowly, with arrival and a moment to settle in ( and drink some coffee). There’s time to ease into the space and meet the others in the room.

From there, we move into an opening session, setting the tone for the day, clarifying intentions and creating a shared starting point before going deeper. The morning will continue with guided conversations around perception, positioning and visibility. How your work is seen, how it’s understood and how that translates into the way you show up, especially online.

A short coffee break follows. Time to process, to talk and to let ideas flow.

We then move into a second conversation, focusing on price versus value and the role of your website as a decision-making tool. How people move from interest to enquiry and what influences that shift.

A light lunch will be shared together, giving space to reset while continuing conversations in a more relaxed way.

The afternoon opens into a more practical session around creative flat lays and consistency on details.

From there, we move into the client side of things, exploring the full journey, from first enquiry to booking, communication and the tools that support that process in a way that feels clear and sustainable.

Another short break creates space to step back before the final part of the day.

We close with an open Q&A, allowing for debate, reflections and conversations that are specific to the people in the room.

The day then comes together with a group closing, before easing into an open ending, so we have to linger a little longer, continue conversations and leave the day in a way that feels easy going.

// Who

will be in the

room

This gathering is designed for all kinds of wedding photographers, whether you focus on weddings, couples or elopements.

It welcomes different stages of experience, from those just starting out to more established photographers looking to refine their direction, reposition their brand or approach their work more intentionally.

What brings everyone together isn’t level, but mindset: openness to conversation and transparency.

The mix of perspectives is part of what shapes the experience, creating a room where ideas can be challenged and seen from different angles.

//A note

on

format

This is not a traditional workshop and it’s not designed to follow a format that can be easily repeated. Edition Zero is a one-time gathering. It will not be replicated in the same way again.

There are no scripts, no fixed structure to reuse and no intention to turn this into a formula that gets repeated edition after edition. The shape of this day is specific to this moment, this group and this first version of The Aperture Society.

Future editions may happen, but they will evolve, shift and take on a different form. This one exists as its own version, with its own energy and its own way of being experienced.

If being part of the first and only, edition of this format matters to you, this is that moment.

If this feels like your kind of room, this is your moment to be part of it.

Edition Zero will not happen again in this form.
